The Project Manager, Creative Brand, is a dynamic, production-savvy project professional responsible for managing the creation of compelling brand creative marketing campaigns for our client's streaming platform. This position requires excellent production management skills across video, digital, & print, as well as exceptional communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
This position will report to the Manager, Brand Ops, and will be a key stakeholder to creative, marketing, & cross-functional teams within the Brand Marketing organization, as well as external agencies and freelancers. Team-player mentality and commitment to building team culture are an absolute must.
Responsibilities:
- Project manage all facets of creative development from marketing strategy, and production, through to delivery and execution for brand campaigns.
- Be the point of contact between multiple cross-functional teams including Creative, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, Design, Media, & more to ensure clear communication and proper execution of Brand Campaigns.
- Manage project planning, timelines, and budgets to deliver world-class creative on time, on budget, and with minimal error.
- Create and improve required project documentation and reports, including asset trackers and production budgets.
- Liaise with other PMs around the organization to ensure cross-functional alignment and provide assurance around dependencies such as content inclusion, restrictions, and flighting.
- Ability to spot risk in a campaign and mitigate and/or escalate as needed.
- Remit will include Seasonal campaigns and Partnerships campaigns.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree level or equivalent, 4+ years' experience leading production-centric projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, and an ability to use the right method for the task and situation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to tailor to all levels of an organization.
- Strong leadership skills, with the proven ability to coordinate team members across teams and locations.
- Exceptional organization skills.
