Similarly, our Client Growth and Marketing team serves its clients — 800 legal professionals across 50 practices in 23 markets — with the same energy and commitment.The team currently seeks a Creative Manager to support the execution of marketing and communications strategies that enhance the firm's brand, reputation, and client engagement. Reporting to the Director, Marketing Communications, the Creative Manager will lead our brand identity and creative strategy across all touchpoints. This role will develop and execute sophisticated visual communications that strengthen our brand awareness and expand our market position through consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESBrand Management & StrategyDevelop, maintain, and enforce cohesive brand guidelines ensuring consistent visual identity.Lead brand identity evolution and refresh initiatives while maintaining the firm's reputation.Collaborate with leadership to translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives.Monitor brand compliance across all offices and practice groups.Creative Development & ProductionConceptualize and execute creative campaigns for marketing and business development.Design high-impact marketing materials including one-pagers, ads, and digital assets.Create sophisticated presentation templates and branded materials for client meetings.Develop creative assets for events, conferences, and sponsorship opportunitiesDigital & Multimedia ContentDesign web graphics, social media assets, digital marketing materials that engage audiences.Art direct and produce video content, podcasts (audio/video), and multimedia presentations.Create interactive digital experiences and oversee website design updates.Develop email marketing templates and digital newsletter designs.Environmental & Signage DesignDesign office signage and environmental graphics across multiple locations.Create branded materials for office spaces, conference rooms, and client areas.Collaborate with facilities teams on space planning and brand implementation.Project Management & LeadershipManage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.Coordinate with external vendors, photographers, printers, and production partners.Provide creative direction to junior designers and external creative resources.Establish creative workflows and quality control processes.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIREDBachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, or related field.7-10 years of creative experience, preferably in legal or B2B environments.Proven track record managing creative projects for large, complex organizations.Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.).Advanced PowerPoint design and template creation skills and experience with Canva.Knowledge of web design principles and content management systems.Understanding of print production, color management, and pre-press processes.Familiarity with video editing and podcast production workflows.Strong art direction skills with ability to guide creative vision from concept to completion.Exceptional typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills.Experience developing and maintaining brand style guides.Ability to adapt creative executions across various media and formats.Outstanding project management and organizational abilities.Excellent communication and presentation skills for interfacing with senior partners.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.Barnes & Thornburg offers a comprehensive benefit package, including health and life insurance, 401k/Roth and profit sharing, and paid time off.Equal Employment Opportunity and Diversity StatementBarnes& Thornburg is committed to equal employment opportunity in both principle and as a matter of policy.
