THE ROLE
This Creative Director role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of culture and creativity. You understand how to make ideas travel organically, without relying on big media budgets.
You'll lead creative across major consumer accounts, developing earned-first campaigns that show up in feeds, media, and everyday conversations. You'll bring bold concepts to life, write with purpose and clarity, and inspire teams to create work that earns attention.
You're a strategic thinker, a strong writer, and a collaborative leader who values creative excellence and supports those around you. You live for the pitch and feel right at home contributing to and leading new business efforts.
What you'll doNYC Salary Range: $150,000-$195,000
Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
