Own the overall creative vision of the project, including visual style, quality bar, emotional tone, and narrative development. Head the design leadership team, aligning the creative vision to best support and enhance gameplay systems, mechanics, and player experience goals. Meet target audience needs, budgetary constraints, schedule, and strategic objectives as defined by studio leadership. Build and foster a creative culture that respects and values all contributors and trusts directors and leads to execute on the creative vision as defined. Work closely with art and audio directors to lead content development and collaborate with producers, directors, and leads across all verticals through all phases of development.
