  • The Marketing and Communications department shapes and promotes our brand, messaging and public image across all channels.
  • This team develops and executes results-driven strategic marketing campaigns, manages internal and external communications, oversees media relations, and creates content that engages target audiences to deliver impact.

  • The Creative Director will be a visionary, hands-on leader empowered to elevate our in-house creative team, bringing our brand to life through high-impact, visually compelling design and storytelling.
  • As the innovative engine behind our brand expression, you will oversee a multidisciplinary team of designers, motion graphic artists and animators, guiding them to produce high-impact, visually compelling work that brings our brand to life at every touchpoint.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Creative Direction Across All Channels – Oversee the end-to-end creative process across digital, social, video, web, experiential, and print to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand expression that elevates our presence in the market.
  • Inspire and Manage a High-Performing Creative Team – Lead, coach, and grow a multidisciplinary team of brand designers, motion graphic artists, and animators. Empower them to deliver exceptional work that pushes creative boundaries while staying true to brand strategy.
  • Translate Brand Strategy into Impactful Visual Storytelling – Bring our brand pillars and strategic positioning to life through original, resonant creative concepts that differentiate the brand and drive emotional engagement.
  • Establish and Maintain Creative Standards – Define and uphold creative standards, workflows, and review processes that ensure high-quality, scalable, and timely creative execution across all deliverables.
  • Drive Collaboration Across Functions – Partner with brand strategy, marketing management, digital, social, video, PR, internal communications and more to ensure creative output supports strategic goals and aligns with messaging frameworks and business priorities.
  • Manage Creative Operations and Resources – Balance creative vision with operational efficiency—prioritizing projects, allocating resources, and ensuring deadlines and budgets are met across a fast-paced creative pipeline.
  • Lead Innovation and Trend Adoption – Stay at the forefront of design, technology, and media trends. Introduce new tools, formats, and ideas—such as 3D design, motion graphics, and interactive storytelling—that keep the brand modern and engaging.
  • Oversee Vendor and Agency Relationships – Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and production partners when needed, ensuring creative integrity, quality, and consistency across outsourced work.
  • Mitigates risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in creative design roles, with 5+ years in creative leadership or direct-level position overseeing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience with specific design and layout tools – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva and project management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Brings an innovative approach to business opportunities, foreseeing problems before they arise, and challenging complacency and the way things have always been done. The ability to create long-term strategies and plans, which reflect a thorough understanding of how the business operates.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Effectively communicates a compelling picture of how team goals ladder up to both departmental and organizational priorities. Exceptional ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, both within the Marketing and Communications department and throughout the organization through a strong level of presence, EQ and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-On Operator: A leader who rolls up their sleeves and is not afraid to lean-in to a problem and get involved when the situation requires attention. Leads from the front with energy, drive and a pragmatic, engaged approach to day-to-day execution. Strong detail orientation. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative culture.
  • Drive for Results: Ensures things are getting done at an appropriate pace, impacting business performance at the highest levels. Evoking ownership and accountability, streamlining processes and structure, leveraging technology to drive efficiencies and reallocating resources quickly and flexibly.
