CREATIVE DIRECTOR (Hybrid) Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and talented Creative Director to join our team. In this role, you will we are seeking an exceptional Creative Director to spearhead the creative vision, essence, and visual identity of ONE/SIZE Beauty. As the Creative Director, you will be instrumental in shaping and enhancing our product launch narrative and brand image for a pivotal editorial campaign. This project is open ended but may entail crafting campaign video and imagery concepts, establishing model imagery and styling guidelines, executional support and campaign guidance on product photography, graphic design, 3D visuals, multimedia, social creative, print, digital, web, copy, video, and all consumer touchpoints as required, ensuring resonance with our target audience and establishing a distinctive presence in the competitive beauty industry. We are seeking a creative visionary with a fervent passion for beauty and a demonstrated history of delivering innovative and captivating 360-degree creative concepts and executions for prominent consumer facing brands. As a member of the Marketing team, you will collaborate with all teams collaboratively and report directly to the President. HYBRID: This role is classified as exempt from the Fair Labor Standard Act's overtime requirement and is open to candidates based in Los Angeles, CA. While the position is primarily remote, it follows a hybrid schedule requiring occasional in-person work at Culver City, CA 90230. The role requires working in PST hours, so candidates located on the West Coast are preferred. A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from significant distractions are essential for remote work.   • Creative Strategy and Vision
    • Develop and communicate a coherent creative vision for the ONE/SIZE campaign and product launch, aligning with overarching business objectives.
    • Be at the forefront of industry trends, consumer insights, and the competitive landscape to inform creative decision-making for our project term.
  • Brand Identity
    • Uphold the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
    • Oversee the establishment and implementation of established brand guidelines to maintain a unified and recognizable brand image for the campaign.
  • Campaign Development
    • Conceptualize and oversee the execution of a high-impact marketing campaign to celebrate our upcoming product launch, from inception to final delivery.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate marketing, product, and design elements.
  • Visual Communication
    • Direct the creation of visually striking and compelling assets for diverse platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
    • Ensure that all visual elements effectively convey the brand's values and key messages.
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Inspire and lead a team of creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment characterized by excellence in output.
    • Provide guidance on creative projects, nurturing continuous improvement and growth among team members.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders
    • Work closely with marketing, product development, and other key stakeholders to align creative endeavors with business objectives.
    • Present creative concepts and strategies to internal teams and executives, incorporating feedback for refinement.
  • Budget Management
    • Efficiently stay within the creative budget, allocating resources judiciously to achieve maximal impact.
    • Collaborate with ONE/SIZE finance and other internal departments to ensure the attainment of financial objectives.
  • Quality Control
    • Uphold stringent standards for creative output, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and resonance with the target audience.
  • Moreover, the Creative Director at ONE/SIZE must possess the ability to conceptualize storytelling, create storyboards and other design collateral, craft impactful creative decks that sell creative ideas to key stakeholders, and deliver exemplary work across disciplines. This leadership role necessitates collaborative engagement throughout the creative process with photographers, videographers, prop stylists, producers, models, and influencers to oversee photoshoots or video productions.     • Bachelors Degree in graphic design, fine arts or a related field required
    • Master's degree in graphic design or fine arts or a related field preferred
    • 8+ years working as a creative professional and at least 3+ years working in packaging, digital and visual merchandising design
    • Track record of success in high-volume, deadline-driven creative environments, preferably at least 3 years working within the beauty space
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present creative concepts and budgets to executive teams clearly and effectively.
    • Strong project management competencies, with meticulous organization and attention to detail in managing creative projects and workflows.
    • Acute business sense, with an understanding of how to leverage creativity to drive business results
    • Highly developed design sense and desire to produce elevated, brand-building, and innovative work.
    • Active learner - staying ahead of the industry, design, social media trends, and technology.
    • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects from concept to completion under varying time constraints.
    • Excellent type/design skills and conceptual design skills.
    • Possesses an excellent knowledge of design software - including In-Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects.
