In the office, we aim to create a supportive environment where individuals are encouraged to work together to problem-solve for our clients.Position OverviewSaylor seeks an innovative, sharp Creative Director, Content with experience in content strategy, social media creative, stunt and content ideation, digital content producing, and overall creative development for global brands to join the Creative team. The ideal candidate will be relentlessly creative in all things social media and digital audience experience. They are collaborative, strategic, and obsessed with creating the most competitive social media and marketing concepts. This role will manage an Associate Creative Director and Creative Producers in shaping our creative efforts on pitches, accounts, and digital marketing campaigns for brand and entertainment clients. This person will be responsible for leading group brainstorms, ideating content and stunts, developing production, social, and stunt concepts, overseeing creative projects and team members, and meeting with clients.The Creative Director will be the strong visionary on the agency's creative perspective on what concepts we're pitching. They will be the lead on concept initiatives, with collaboration with the Design and AV Editorial teams to maintain alignment and consistency throughout the production process. Externally, you'll be client facing and will help ensure their vision is executed. Internally, you'll collaborate across all teams at Saylor — partnering with Strategy, Accounts, and Social to elevate individual assets and entire campaigns. Throughout, you'll ensure all creative aligns with strategy and brand voice through copy, design, and execution.About YouA seemingly bottomless pit of fresh ideas and strong creative opinions, you have a deep well of references and experiences to pull from and you always have your thumb on the pulse of what's clicking with audiences on social media. You're not afraid to share your ideas in a room — whether it's with internal teams or clients — and you enthusiastically build up your teammate's ideas through collaboration, making sure everyone is on the same page strategically. Flexibility and a positive attitude come naturally to you, and you create open and symbiotic environments conducive to generating stellar ideas. You thrive in a startup environment and are enthusiastic about building new processes and team structure in order to support a high level of creative output.You feel confident and comfortable with the intricacies of entertainment marketing, with experience supporting or guiding high-profile creative projects from ideation to execution. You love a pitch deck and working with Social, Strategy, and Accounts to create a cohesive, unique campaign strategy. You feel secure talking with clients about their vision and needs, offering creative solutions that make them want to come back for more best-in-class campaigns.You may have been any of the following in your career: a well-rounded copywriter who always had kick-ass ideas, a social media strategist who deeply understood production, a community manager who found fresh ways to connect to fandoms, a creative producer who was always one step ahead with big ideas or some combination of it all!Location and SalaryThis is a full-time, exempt role with a salary of $130,000-$165,000, depending on experience. We currently have a flexible hybrid in-office and work-from-home policy in place, with the option to work from Saylor's office in Echo Park, Los Angeles.Overall Responsibilities:
