Role Description

We're in a pivotal era - Reejig is helping the world's leading companies build AI-powered workforces that are bold, responsible, and ready for what's next. At the heart of our movement is our founder and CEO, Siobhan Savage, whose voice, product vision, and point of view are unlike any other.

This role exists to translate raw founder vision into sharp narrative and unforgettable storytelling - powering how Reejig shows up in the market, with clarity, edge, and momentum.

We're looking for a Creative Director - Content & Comms to bridge strategy and execution: shaping thought into story, briefing high-performing teams, and safeguarding our distinct voice across every channel and campaign.

Your Mission

Be the editorial and creative right hand to our founder and GTM team. Turn bold thinking into clear, high-impact storytelling across content, campaigns, and GTM.

You'll own the comms engine, lead creative brief development, and steward the Reejig brand voice across internal and external channels - ensuring everything we publish reflects our mission and momentum.

What You'll Do

1. Founder & Key Influencer Storytelling

  • Extract, shape, and scale founder and internals SME voices and product vision into compelling narratives and assets
  • Build and manage a pipeline of founder-led storytelling across social posts, keynotes, fireside scripts, decks, and more

2. Creative Briefing & Direction

  • Translate raw ideas into inspiring briefs and narrative direction
  • Direct the our media engine team to push the boundaries of content production across all formats - video, social, events, decks
  • Partner with the enablement team to ensure messaging flows through sales, partner, and customer assets
  • Provide editorial and brand QA across across all creative outputs

3. Brand & Messaging Oversight

  • Guard and evolve the Reejig brand, ensuring every touchpoint feels cohesive, differentiated, and distinctly “Reejig”
  • Act as the editorial and creative filter across content, design, and messaging - refining tone, narrative structure, and visual cohesion
  • Partner with our production team to ensure final outputs are tight, brand-aligned, and high-impact
  • Maintain living documents such as messaging frameworks, tone-of-voice guides, and visual direction references

  • Orchestrator, not just thinker – you brief, direct, edit, and refine - owning output from idea to execution
  • Brand guardian – you obsess over design, voice, and emotional clarity—and won't ship anything that's off

You're likely from one of the best creative agencies in the world—or a high-growth founder-led brand. You've led creative or narrative strategy for startups, CEOs, or companies undergoing reinvention.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in creative strategy, brand storytelling, editorial direction, or narrative development
  • Proven experience translating founder or executive voices into compelling content and campaigns
  • Track record of owning narrative systems across digital, social, video, keynotes, and brand activations
  • Exceptional writing, messaging, and storytelling skills—equally strong in long-form and soundbites
  • Comfort working directly with C-suite stakeholders and shaping ambiguous ideas into clarity
  • Deep understanding of creative production workflows, from brief to asset delivery
  • Strong instincts for brand tone, voice, and visual alignment—even if you're not a designer
  • Fluency with AI tools and a willingness to experiment with creative workflows that combine human originality and AI acceleration
