What We're Looking For

As an experienced and conceptually driven Creative Director-Art, you will partner with a renowned CPG giant to develop a portfolio of brands aimed at health professionals in the dermo-cosmetic category. You are a visionary with a passion for innovative and impactful visual solutions that solve client business challenges. You have a strong understanding of design principles, visual communication, and the ability to inspire and direct a team of art directors and designers. You are a confident communicator, a skilled collaborator, and a champion for creative excellence.

What You'll Do
  • Be responsible for on-brand creative concepts for assigned projects, working closely with copy partner, and ensure consistency across tactics.
  • Grasp the creative brief for core insight and ensure creative aligns with strategy.
  • Prepare designs for review with supervisor and internal teams and present a variety of execution options.
  • Conduct image searches and attend shoots to assist with pre-postproduction process.
  • Develop mood boards, talent selection, client reviews, and shot lists.
  • Understand roles and responsibilities of different functions within the brand team.
  • Take detailed notes to ensure feedback and direction are addressed.
  • Stay up to date with latest industry trends, artists, film, CGI, photography, etc.
  • Present confidently to client and communicate how creative work meets the strategic and business objectives.
  • Manage multiple assignments of diverse scope and ensure deadlines are met.
Who You Are
  • Able to drive the visual approach throughout the life of a project.
  • Respond to creative briefs with a critical eye and create multiple interesting concepts for execution.
  • Eager to collaborate with copy partners and cross-functional teams including Account, Strategy, Social and UX.
What You'll Need
  • Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates creative and conceptual thinking, preferably in the healthcare/pharma industry.
  • 8-10+ years of equivalent experience with 5+ years of supervisory experience.

Base salary range for this position at the time of posting: $100,000 USD - $230,000 USD. Individual compensation varies by location, scope, experience, and qualifications.
