Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in music therapy
  • CBMT Certification

Schedule: FULL TIME

Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

The role you'll contribute: This manager role is a board-certified music therapist supporting the Integrative & Creative Arts Therapies team. Responsibilities include evaluating patients' physical, spiritual, socio-emotional, and neurological needs, providing appropriate interventions, leading and coaching a team of creative arts therapists, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, supporting staff development, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulations. The manager also advocates for professional development and maintains high standards of patient care and customer service.
