Creamery Sanitation Associate - Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Company : Job Details

The Creamery Sanitation Associate will work under the supervision and direction of the Lead Cheesemakers to assist in the creamery area, with a special focus on sanitation tasks. They assist with daily operations and work as a team to comply with our company, state and federal food safety policies and regulations. Working in a team is a key to meet daily goals and keep the creamery functioning in a clean and orderly manner. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Assists in the completion of sanitation activities throughout creamery - Cleans and sanitizes equipment - Responsible for end of shift sanitation protocols - Work in cheese aging rooms - Follows all General Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures, along with company Safety and Quality Plan - Fills in where needed to ensure efficient operations - Other duties as assigned.
