CPW Professional Engineer I / Regional Project Manager (Southwest Colorado) - State of Colorado : Job Details

The position is a licensed professional engineer responsible for overseeing all aspects of capital development and infrastructure projects ranging in scope and budget from small projects ($5,000) to large projects ($1,000,000 or more). This position may prepare and provide engineering designs for projects and will use sound engineering judgement to make field adjustments during construction to ensure capital projects are constructed to meet engineering standards and codes. As a professional engineer, this position handles all aspects of projects, including preliminary investigations, project planning, surveying, developing and choosing project alternatives, cost analysis, design calculations, development of construction drawings, specification preparation, contract and bid documents preparation, and design consultant selection, contracting, and oversight.
