Key Responsibilities Safely operate wheelchair and courtesy vans, ensuring vehicles are road-ready with daily safety checks. Assist patients in and out of vehicles, including navigating steps, uneven terrain, and doorways. Transport discharged patients, lab specimens, equipment, and supplies across various locations. Support healthcare staff with patient transfers and ensure proper use of seat belts and wheelchair tie-downs. Provide exceptional customer service with a Happy to Help attitude, offering comfort and encouragement to patients and families.
