We are seeking married couples to join us as flex houseparents. In this role, you will live on campus in student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will provide a consistent, family-like structure for the students, taking on responsibilities that include:
- Driving students to various activities
- Administering medication
- Budgeting and reporting
Initially, you will work with different student homes before being permanently assigned to one.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary of $44,768 per person (approximately $165,000 per couple), including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.

- Relocation assistance and paid training provided.
- Work schedule: nine days on followed by three days off, with personal time during student school hours.
- Three-week paid summer vacation.
Qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from underserved backgrounds.
- Couples must be legally married for at least two years.
- Both spouses should be aged 27 or older.
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
- Adhere to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty.
- Limited pet policy: approved breeds of dogs and fish only.
- Valid U.S. driver's license; must be able to drive student home vans.
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and participating in Judeo-Christian chapel services (proselytizing is prohibited).
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must lift up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as staff members are role models for students.
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
