DESCRIPTION OF WORK The Office of Behavioral Health Caseworkers under the general supervision of the Casework Manager and Casework Supervisor, Information, Referral, and Emergency Services (IRES), acts as delegate, liaison, resource person, coordinator and consultant between the IRES Division and the treatment facilities, courts, petitioners, clients, attorneys and community agencies for purposes of implementing applicable sections of the MH Procedures enacted July 9, 1976, as amended November 26, 1978, which encompasses in-patient and out-patient care on an involuntary or voluntary basis.
