Scott Electric Company has an opening at our Springfield, OH, branch for a Full-Time Counter Sales Manager. In this position, the Counter Sales Manager is a resource for immediate service and product knowledge for our customers and training for our counter staff. Requirements:

• Vast knowledge of Electrical products offered by each department

Responsibilities:

• Provides excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and efficiently processing their orders
• Assists in driving electrical distribution sales for our counter business and developing new and existing customer relationships
• Assists with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping the showroom and counter clean and organized
• Stays informed and educated on product knowledge
• Assists inside sales as needed
• Travels to offsite locations occasionally- up to 20%
• Attend training as assigned, on and off-site. An overnight stay may be required
• Maintains all counter-audit reports
• Training for our counter staff
