NORTH GEORGIA TECHNICAL COLLEGE JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Counselor Job Code: 11114 Revised: 5-5-2022 The Licensed Counselor is responsible for promoting mental health awareness and wellness on campus through direct counseling, consultation, intervention, and training. The Licensed Professional Counselor will lead campus student wellness efforts as well as participate in campus initiatives related to student development and success, as needed. The position is exempt and reports to the Dean of Student Affairs. Position requires driving to branch campuses, and off-site meetings.
