• Provides intensive in-home counseling to CP&P referred families in Warren County with 24/7 coverage required
• Case management and case documentation
• Case conference with CP&P and other providers
• Requires a flexible schedule including availability on nights and weekends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field with 1 ½ years' experience with families (Master's Degree preferred)
• Driver's license needed with an acceptable driving history.
