Key Responsibilities Include: ~Managing day-to-day operations of multifamily and commercial properties ~Overseeing and supporting on-site teams with clear, effective leadership ~Coordinating tenant screening, lease management, and rent collection ~Handling maintenance requests, vendor coordination, and repairs ~Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and local regulations ~Performing CAM reconciliations, bill pay, and budget tracking ~Administrative duties: filing, scanning, communications, and more

Ideal Candidate Will Have: ~Experience in property management (multifamily and/or commercial preferred) ~Strong organizational and multitasking skills ~A proactive mindset and a solutions-focused attitude ~Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and property management best practices
