We are looking for an energetic, adaptable, purpose-driven, and dedicated person to join our team as our Cottage Supervisor. You will work with our kids and for our therapeutic treatment center for kids ages 4 through 14. Join us in creating nurturing environments where children can thrive and grow! To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Develop and support our direct care staff in the implementation of treatment strategies.
  • Implement and teach effective strategies for addressing challenging behaviors.
  • Facilitate staff trainings on relational, social, and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with the team to create and maintain a therapeutic environment for children.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in social work or comparable human services field and four or more years in relevant experience OR an advanced degree in social work or comparable human services field and two years relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
  • Ability to be on call as needed.
  • Ability to work unconventional hours outside of M-F 9-5.
  • Position is full time
