Costco Senior Production Coordinator - One Step Up : Job Details

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Production Coordinator at One Step Up for the Costco account. The Senior Production Coordinator will be responsible for communication and coordination with various internal and external teams to ensure timely and efficient production. They will be involved in production planning, management of production processes, and project management. The Senior Production Coordinator will also need to have strong organizational skills to track progress and meet deadlines.

Daily Tasks

• Reports to the Production Manager
• Manage overseas vendor/agents communication related to production orders
• Issuing and updating all purchase orders within company system.
• Prepare packages to go out to overseas and buyer.
• Approving carton marking, UPC and trim approvals.
• Oversee all aspects of production such as samples request and customer requirements
• Monitor all open orders to ensure all are properly executed to be on time
• Monitor WIP reports
• Follow up with Logistics to coordinate booking is confirmed and will be received on time

Job Requirements

• Basic knowledge in Excel, MS. Word and Outlook
• 3-5 years of production experience in apparel.
• Excellent communication, organizational and follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of production/manufacturing/shipping process.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Must have responsibility of work and following directions
• Prior experience with Costco, BJ's and other specialty store accounts a plus
• Garment construction knowledge
• Illustrator capability a plus
