In this role, you'll be at the forefront of managing project costs, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring contract compliance for one of the most advanced manufacturing facilities in the world. Your expertise will help us deliver large-scale, high-tech construction projects on time, on budget, and beyond expectations. Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate commercial terms on construction and service agreements.
  • Substantiate and negotiate change orders with sub-contractors.
  • Analyze change order conditions and prepare presentations/reports for owner review and approval.
  • Provide strategic insight on project cost impacts, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Review and cross-reference drawings, specifications, agreements, and equipment documentation for cost implications.
  • Calculate quantities using spreadsheet/database tools; survey market pricing for materials and labor.
  • Leverage tools like Bluebeam, Navisworks (BIM), CAD, Revit, and Trimble for cost analysis.
  • Maintain and manage the construction budget trend log related to change orders.
  • Review subcontractor quotations for cost impact and value engineering opportunities.
  • Compile and maintain all cost- and contract-related documentation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction or mechanical profession (preferred).
  • Strong skills in spreadsheet and database software.
  • Familiarity with AIA, MSA, and Work Order agreements.
  • Experience with project management and document tracking systems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
