Cost Control Engineer - OHL North America : Job Details

Lead efforts related to project cost control and financial oversight, including job cost tracking, forecasting, and budget management. Support the preparation and presentation of monthly financial reports to upper management, including cost analysis, performance metrics, and variance explanations. Assist in the monthly close process by ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial data, including WIP (Work-In-Progress) and cash flow reporting. Monitor costs, prepare cost reports, and maintain forecasts and budgets in accordance with company and project policies and procedures. Coordinate with project teams and liaise with various departments to drive efficiencies and maintain alignment across business operations. Provide functional guidance and support to managers for the development, implementation, and maintenance of field job cost processes. Train teams on project startup procedures and job cost systems to promote consistency and accuracy.
