Be punctual ~Plan on arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your first appointment. Check your schedule and plan your day and prepare all necessary product set-ups for treatments. Provide manicure/pedicure services, make-up services and hair services to spa guests. Understand and use universal precautions. Have a complete knowledge of all spa services, packages, promotions, and retail products offered by the spa. Use and potion products as directed. Educate guests and recommend products for home use. Have knowledge of and suggest to the guests other beneficial treatments offered in the spa. Educate oneself on the ingredients of products used. Complete all assigned side work.
