Corporate Vice President, Technology Applications and Transitionto provide engineering guidance and expertise to all departments in the technology, applications, and transition from prototype to manufacturability. The priority programs will include SBIR, Phase I and Phase IIE.
Responsibilities:- Create a bridge between Development and Manufacturing in collaboration with Business Development.
- May support Non-SBIR RFPs and other opportunities requiring advanced engineering expertise.
- Develop processes to guide technology transition on strategic and critical technology development projects as projects move from Phase II to Phase IIE to Program of Record, including CDR and PDR steps beyond SBIR.
- Significantly contribute to theextension and expansion of innovative technologies, new research, and technical expertise in support of large, complex NRE projects and the company's strategic direction through Venture Funded Projects.
- On an interim basis, support the CEO in managing revenue and budget for Intellisense.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Technical Skills:- M.S. or PhDinengineering or related disciplines such as Electrical Engineering, Avionics, Software programming, Optics, Bioengineering, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of directly related engineering experience, including 3 years of program management.
- Ability to generate, maintain, and follow a budget, ability to set and maintain project schedules, operation of a computer and PC software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
Nice To Haves:- 5-7 years of directly related advanced product and research experience, including 3 or more 3 years of management experience with profit and loss responsibilities.
- Good communication skills, good problem-solving ability, ability to multitask, ability to delegate responsibilities appropriately, and ability to work with a diverse workforce.

Pay Range:$215,000-$300,000However, base salary for this position will vary based on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
