Corporate Trainer - Kankakee Community College : Job Details

Is responsible for partnering with area businesses and corporations to provide customized training to their employees in manufacturing, electrical, safety, technology, and others as requested areas in order to expand their skills and knowledge and improve workplace performance. Examples of Duties A. Develops and promotes customized manufacturing, electrical, safety and technology training programs for area business and industry. B. Serves as the colleges liaison for area manufacturing, electrical, safety, and technology training. C. Prepares curriculum, reviews course and training objectives, and provides instructional materials for all courses taught. D. Collaborates with management to evaluate the companys training requirements. E. Serves as a mentor and a support to employees as they complete the companys training requirements. F. Conducts an analysis to identify the training areas needed for improvement. G. Adheres to the training budget. H.
