As the Corporate Tax Director, you'll be a member of our Corporate Tax Solutions Family and work on business income tax planning, corporate compliance, and ASC 740 income tax accounting (either tax provision preparation or audit support) projects. The Corporate Tax Solutions Family generally has the primary tax relationship with the client, and you will help with the engagement management for multiple clients for your service line – all with the resources, environment, and support to help you excel. Success in the Director role is the primary pathway to Partner or Managing Director in our firm. You'll collaborate with other team members and specialists in our tax practice, including our Washington National Tax Office (WNTO), to support all areas of the client's tax functions, because together is how we succeed.
