Job DescriptionCorporate Sales is responsible for the development and implementation of sales efforts for the oilfield services market. This position plans and manages all sales efforts in accordance with established goals set by the Company and the VP of Sales.
Job DescriptionCorporate Sales is responsible for the development and implementation of sales efforts for the oilfield services market. This position plans and manages all sales efforts in accordance with established goals set by the Company and the VP of Sales.Role Priorities / Responsibilities
- Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification
- Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services.
- Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs
- Developing and maintaining relationships with all potential and existing clients
- Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients
- Data reporting to management through Salesforce
- Gathering and reporting market intelligence
- Fulfills short-term and long-term sales goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
- Identifies and develops new customers for products and services
- Initiates, develops and maintains successful customer relations efforts
- Manage all existing and developing customer accounts
- Participates in the development of proposals
- Assists in the development and maintenance of brand marketing
- Attends and participate in company/industry sales and marketing events
- Assists credit with collection by acting as a liaison between credit and customer to resolve and collect outstanding fees
Essential Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Established network within customer base, industry and in targeted industry segments
- Exceptional account management skills
- Ability to set individual goals and drive to achieving them
- Foster and adhere to cohesiveness and coordination between Corporate Sales, Field Sales, and Operations
- Thorough understanding of Stallion's products & services, market and customers
- Skillful at contracting and negotiating
- Committed to the Company's expense and reimbursement policy
- Able to understand and structure sales quota goals and revenue expectations
- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience with Salesforce
Education Or Certification Required (if Applicable)
- Bachelor's degree or relevant industry sales experience
- 5+ years of sales and/or account management experience in a related industry
