Lead Product benchmarking and data collection; including sourcing, data collection, and delivery of results to relevant cross functional teams. Executes customer or branded food shows with the support of their manager. Ideates customer menu solutions that are consumer pleasing and operator friendly. Guide ingredient vendors for prototype development. Develop and document recipe archive for both food service and retail applications. Lead product reviews and trainings with internal sales and strategic brokers. Proficiently translate operator needs into selling strategies with the support of their manager. Executes food production in accordance of Food Safety/ Sanitation protocols. Manage communication to all cross-functional groups including R&D, Marketing, Creative, & Sales in accordance with the stage-gate process.
