💼 What You'll Be DoingAs a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll:
Partner with hiring managers across departments to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for roles in Hospice, Palliative, and Pediatric care, as well as Leadership, Sales, Administrative, and Finance teams.
Proactively source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates who align with our mission and culture.
Maintain and enhance recruiting practices to meet monthly hiring goals and long-term talent pipeline needs.
Represent Agape Care as an employer of choice through community outreach, job fairs, and networking.
Train new recruiters and hiring managers on best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications: 🧠 What We're Looking ForEducation:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
Experience:
4+ years of corporate recruiting experience
Healthcare recruiting experience required
Hospice industry experience is a plus
Experience using iCIMS ATS strongly preferred
Skills & Qualities:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities across departments
Analytical thinking and creative sourcing strategies
Discretion and professionalism with confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
Deep understanding of the full-cycle recruiting process
Additional Requirements:
Home-office-based with occasional travel as needed
Valid driver's license required
Must meet all health screening requirements
