Job Summary:
This position manages full-cycle recruitment for technical and engineering roles. The recruiter guides hiring managers and teams to successful hires, executes regional talent acquisition strategies, and maintains the company's employer brand.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and pipelining candidates, developing sourcing strategies to ensure strong candidate flow.
- Screening candidates for skills and cultural fit.
- Driving direct sourcing, leveraging social media platforms to increase presence.
- Facilitating the interview process, partnering with hiring managers to prepare and conduct interviews efficiently.
- Conducting debriefs and providing hiring recommendations.
- Writing role descriptions, coordinating kick-off meetings, and executing sourcing strategies.
- Managing offers, negotiations, and onboarding processes.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards during hiring and onboarding.
Qualifications:
- Current experience as a technical recruiter, supporting North American markets.
- Strong sourcing skills beyond LinkedIn, preferably with HiredScore experience.
- Experience supporting software engineering and data engineering roles.
- Managing 15-20 requisitions simultaneously.
- Full lifecycle recruitment including intake, sourcing, interviewing, extending offers, and negotiations.
