We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple manufacturing facilities. This position plays a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for both hourly and salaried roles in a fast-paced, high-growth industrial environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of manufacturing operations and a proven track record of managing recruitment for geographically dispersed sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple plant and corporate roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Partner closely with plant managers, HR leaders, and department heads across multiple locations to understand staffing needs and deliver effective hiring strategies.
- Develop and execute location-specific recruiting plans, leveraging job boards, social media, employee referrals, and local workforce resources.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience across all hiring stages and locations.
- Maintain compliance with EEO, OFCCP, and other applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and operations to forecast hiring needs and meet workforce planning goals.
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
- Represent the company at career fairs, hiring events, and community outreach programs.
- Manage and improve ATS processes and recruiting best practices across all locations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Proven ability to recruit for both exempt and non-exempt roles across multiple geographic locations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software; experience with UKG a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 25% to plant locations as needed.
