Position Summary Upperline Health is seeking a passionate and experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will drive talent acquisition efforts, focusing on attracting, engaging and acquiring top-tier talent, leveraging data analytics, and building strong relationships to support the growth of our organization. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source top talent from leading companies, universities, and industry networks.
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract, engage and acquire high-quality talent through job boards, social media, professional networks, career fairs, and other recruitment channels.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including proofing job descriptions, job postings, candidate screenings, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Leverage data and analytics to inform recruiting strategies and measure performance.
- Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire, and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
- Present data-driven recommendations to hiring managers and HR leadership to optimize recruitment processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing consultative expertise on market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices while fostering a positive hiring leader experience
- Foster an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and delivering timely updates throughout the hiring process.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract top early-career professional talent from universities and internship programs.
- Coordinate and attend campus recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities.
- Provide support for special projects, and organizational initiatives as needed.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment policies, procedures, and tools.
- Effectively manage multiple requisitions and priorities across a wide range of healthcare roles and disciplines.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing business needs and organizational priorities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
- Proven ability to recruit top talent from leading companies, universities, and diverse candidate pools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decisions and improve recruiting processes.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to manage a diverse workload and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in early-career and campus recruitment (graduate programs) is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Ability to travel up to 25% to Corporate Office at 4101 Charlotte Ave Suite F185, Nashville, TN 37209.
