At Hitachi Energy, we're looking for a skilled and driven Corporate Real Estate Project, CAPEX, Facility Manager to oversee capital improvement initiatives and support facility operations across our U.S. sites. This is your chance to manage high-visibility projects that align with our sustainability goals and operational excellence.In this role, you'll lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction and facility projects-ensuring they're completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You'll also play a key role in supporting day-to-day facility operations, with the opportunity to expand into a broader facilities management role over time. If you're passionate about real estate development, construction, and operational efficiency, this is the opportunity to make a lasting impact.How You'll Make an Impact* Lead planning, budgeting, and execution of capital projects.* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.* Oversee construction progress, quality, and compliance.* Manage contracts, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.* Support facility maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance.* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.* Ensure alignment with sustainability and HSE standards.* Analyze project outcomes and drive continuous improvement.Your Background* Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or related field with 10+ years of experience.* Strong leadership and project management skills.
