A leading automotive parts manufacturer is seeking a Corporate Planning Analyst to support strategic initiatives and corporate planning activities under the guidance of executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial and business data to support strategic and operational decision-making
• Coordinate company-wide planning activities, including Hoshin planning and cost control tracking
• Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for leadership on goal progress and corrective actions
• Facilitate communication between departments and across corporate entities
• Lead or support projects aligned with company strategy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Fluent in Japanese and English (Spanish is a plus)
• 3+ years of corporate planning, financial analysis, or project coordination experience
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with KPI tracking and cross-functional collaboration
• Willingness to travel 10–30% domestically
