Job Description

We are seeking a motivated individual who can provide on-site support and collaborate with the internal executive leadership team in a Paralegal/Executive Assistant capacity. This position is primarily responsible for providing corporate paralegal and administrative support to senior legal and executive leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Provide legal assistance to corporate attorneys and act as liaison between company attorneys, outside counsel, and internal staff.
  • Support senior leadership by coordinating board meetings, travel, agendas, and related logistics.
  • Assist with drafting and filing Section 16 reports, Form 4s for directors and statutory officers.
  • Handle processing, tracking, and coding of legal department invoices.
  • Assist with reviewing and preparing patent and trademark applications.
  • Support trade compliance programs, including preparation of Customs Powers of Attorney.
  • Assist with drafting and filing business entity documents with state agencies and other corporate maintenance tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills And Technology
  • Paralegal certification (preferred), law office experience, and knowledge of office automation software.
  • Experience in legal research.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Education/Experience
  • Bachelors degree required with 10+ years of experience.
  • ABA-approved paralegal certificate preferred.
  • U.S. Person status required for access to ITAR-controlled data.

Salary Range

$77,000 - $102,600
