Overview:

Completes a variety of clerical duties to support Corporate ReUse activities, including processing, recordkeeping, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and produce routine and complex departmental reports and spreadsheets, including project or product strategy analysis, profitability, historical reporting, workflow, statistical, and financial analysis.
  • Manage digital image database, upload images to the website, process, edit, retouch, and restore photos using appropriate software, and provide descriptive information for all items input into the system.
  • Assist management in creating and maintaining departmental procedural and policy manuals.
  • Serve as liaison with departments on tracking internal movement of personal computer serial numbers shipped and received from Corporate ReUse.
  • Complete hard drive serial number reports and verify wipe drive reports for audits and regulations.
  • Participate in the production of new internal systems, including testing, procedures, and implementation.
  • Adhere to company risk, regulatory standards, policies, and controls; escalate risk-related issues.
  • Promote a diverse environment that reflects the client's brand.
  • Maintain internal control standards and address audit and regulatory issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Education and Experience:
    • Associate degree with at least 1 year of operational support experience, or a combination of higher education and work experience totaling at least 3 years, including 1 year of operational support.
    • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and graphic design software.
    • Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
    • Detail-oriented and self-motivated with strong data interpretation skills.
    Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to communicate effectively via telephone.
    • Ability to hear, speak, and exchange ideas verbally.

    Pay and Benefits:

    The pay range is $21.00/hr. Eligibility for benefits varies and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, HSA, transportation, employee assistance, PTO, and more.

    Fully onsite in Buffalo, NY.
