Job Description :

We're looking for someone hands-on, creative, and highly organized — someone who enjoys managing events from start to finish and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. The manager you'll report to is very detail-oriented and appreciates someone who can take initiative and offer thoughtful event solutions with minimal direction. Travel is about 30%, and you'd be planning events with 200+ attendees that are fun, strategic, and impactful.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage all customer-facing events (trainings, appreciation outings) and internal employee events.
  • Coordinate sales/prospecting events with Marketing and Sales, including event displays and setup.
  • Handle full event logistics: seating, dining, guest lists, flow, vendor coordination, and accommodations.
  • Oversee all aspects of Customer Training & Appreciation events, both in-person and virtual.
  • Maintain communications with customers and internal stakeholders pre-, during, and post-event.
  • Manage customer forums and event-related strategy in alignment with company goals.
  • Use a consultative approach to align event execution with business objectives.
  • Manage branded swag and promotional items; assist with regional events and content creation.
  • Participate in planning meetings and support various company initiatives as needed.
  • Track and report event budgets, expenses, and financial accuracy; process vendor payments.
  • Gather and analyze post-event feedback to identify areas for improvement.
