Our client, a nationally recognized independent wealth management firm with offices across major U.S. markets, is seeking a Corporate Development Analyst/Associate to join their dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with senior leadership-including the CEO-on strategic growth initiatives for a fast-growing, acquisitive registered investment advisory (RIA) firm.
The successful candidate will have a desire to work on M&A transactions in addition to an interest in client outreach and relationship cultivation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify prospective RIA firms and financial advisor teams using online databases and other sources.
- Support due diligence efforts by analyzing financials, contracts, leases, compensation structures, and other relevant data.
- Manage outreach campaigns across multiple geographies, including high-volume outbound calls.
- Develop marketing collateral and coordinate lead generation strategies.
- Assist with ad-hoc financial analyses related to strategic initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1-3 years of professional experience, ideally in financial services, investment banking, or business development.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus.
