The successful candidate will be exposed to all areas of the business working directly with senior members of the Corporate, Advisory & Solutions (ARCAS) team and other cross functional teams on reinsurance programs and other opportunities placed out of our North America offices. Our graduates have the exciting opportunity to participate in an enriching training program comprised of both internal and external trainings covering all facets of the business.

Graduate Program:

The program will introduce you to the world of (re)insurance and corporate finance. The successful candidate will work across the ARCAS business pillars. You will gain industry knowledge, experience, and develop relationships that will enable you to advance quickly in your career. This is a small, fast-paced division – you will find yourself involved in key projects with significant responsibility from day one. The graduate will have a permanent seat in the ARCAS team while participating in the wider Acrisure Re two-year graduate program. This will include training and development sessions with peers across the company. In addition to your day-to-day work, you will be supported in studying towards the CFA professional qualification and obtaining essential FINRA licenses.

How you'll contribute:

The role will be supporting the ARCAS team in all areas including:

• Involvement in Strategic Advisory Projects from Scoping to delivery
• Maintenance of capital and earnings models for the current clients and prospects, including support to the Rating Agency & Investor Relations service provided by ARCAS;
• Market and peer group analysis for ratings, capital raising, and M&A purposes.
• Provide support for the preparation of Acrisure Re's Corporate Advisory Solutions' publications and presentations.
• International travel with the team, as required, to meet with senior leadership, clients and relevant team members.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Risk/Insurance, Finance/Commerce, Science, Technology/Engineering
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, and in particular MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Knowledge of programing languages & data visualization tools (Python or SQL, Power BI)
