We foster a results-driven, entrepreneurial environment focused on innovation, service, and continuous improvement.Position SummaryResponsible for driving revenue growth by selling core product lines to both prospective and existing customers. This remote-based role involves significant travel to customer sites and requires a consultative sales approach, technical acumen, and the ability to manage complex sales cycles. Success in this position will require a blend of strategic planning, relationship-building, and technical demonstration capabilities.Key Responsibilities??Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for equipment and services within assigned territory.??Conduct in-person product demonstrations and technical presentations for key accounts, supporting decision-making and sales closure.??Utilize a consultative, solutions-focused sales strategy to uncover customer pain points and deliver tailored technology solutions.??Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasting, and account activity through CRM (Microsoft Dynamics).??Coordinate cross-functional sales efforts for corporate and complex accounts, including pre-call planning, site visits, and follow-ups.??Stay informed on market trends, competitive technologies, and industry best practices to inform account strategies.??Apply 80/20, PLS, and USa continuous improvement principles to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.QualificationsEducation:??Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience.Experience & Skills:??3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial equipment.??Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.??Excellent time management, organization, and planning abilities.??Technical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial automation.??CRM proficiency (Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce) and MS Office skills.??Self-driven, team-oriented, and capable of managing complex sales cycles.Additional Requirements??Valid driver's license required.??Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.??Comfortable with frequent travel (>60%), including overnight stays.??Ability to work in office (20%) and plant environments (80%).??Must be comfortable with prolonged automobile driving and physical activity such as standing, walking, lifting, and reaching.
