You'll join a team that cares deeply about children and families.Your Future TeamWhen you work for Aspiranet, you join a committed team whose efforts positively affect children and families.Your ImpactUnder the supervision of the Core Division Director, the CPD II provides operational oversight of pooled/shared activities, manages one or more core programs, and collaborates with staff and community agencies to provide quality services.Your Skills and DutiesSupervise pooled/shared operational matters within budget and policy guidelines.Partner with the CPD I on shared operational issues.Support maintenance of safety standards.Maintain communication with local staff on operational matters.Represent the agency at meetings and events.Develop strategic plans and budgets for the core program.Manage program operations to standards and compliance.Implement quality assurance and data tracking.Operate within budget and complete financial reports.Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff.Manage supports for service quality, including procedures and training.Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.Liaise with community, funders, and regulatory bodies.Participate in community decision-making and advocacy.Handle reporting, complaints, and grievances.Document staff meetings.Maintain confidentiality.Provide crisis support as needed.Demonstrate cultural sensitivity.Represent Aspiranet professionally and uphold ethics.Complete administrative paperwork timely.Perform additional duties as assigned.Education and Work ExperienceMaster's Degree in a relevant field.Three years of social work or related experience, or two years in foster/adoption services.Licenses and CertificationsMeet state employment conditions, including clearances and valid licenses.Comply with federal, state, and local regulations.Compensation: Competitive DOEBenefits: Robust benefits package supporting health, financial security, work-life balance, and protection.Aspira means hope.
