Role OverviewWe are seeking a Core Banking Functional Lead to drive the successful execution of banking transformation initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of technical understanding, vendor coordination, and stakeholder engagement—particularly with banking partners. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring seamless delivery across all phases of the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesLead functional analysis and solution design for core banking systemsProposal create, review, refine and presentCoordinate with vendors, technical teams, and bank stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely deliveryOversee execution of system enhancements, integrations, and migrationsManage requirement gathering, gap analysis, and documentation (BRD, FSD, UAT plans)Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal governanceSupport SIT/UAT cycles and post-go-live stabilizationProvide leadership and mentorship to junior functional analystsAct as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams and external partnersQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in IT, Finance, or related field5–12 years of experience in core banking transformation or functional consultingStrong knowledge of platforms like Temenos, Finacle, CGI or FlexcubeProven experience in vendor management, project execution, and bank coordinationFamiliarity with BPMN, API integrations, and system architectureExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skillsPreferred SkillsExperience in leading multi-country or regional banking projectsUnderstanding of regulatory frameworks and risk managementAbility to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environmentCertification in project management or business analysis is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
