Copy Of Operating Engineer - LB&B Associates : Job Details

LB&B Associates Inc. is currently seeking an Engineer to oversee its contract to provide operations and mechanical maintenance services located at the U.S. Census Bureau Headquarters, Hillcrest Heights, MD. Qualified candidates should possess and be capable of maintaining, a DC 3rd or MD 1st Stationary Engineer License. Must have a minimum of 6 years journeyman level experience as a Stationary Engineer. Must have prior experience and working knowledge of Central Plant Equipment (chillers, boilers, thermal storage, pumps, heat exchangers), HVAC Systems, Building Automation Systems, Life Safety Systems, Utility Services, Electrical Power Distribution and Plumbing/ Facility Maintenance.
