Essential Job Functions. Student Support Services & Advising. Coordinates comprehensive student services including academic advising, registration, financial aid assistance, admissions support, and onboarding. Collaborates with regional and central student success personnel to ensure consistent, student-centered support. Provides leadership for new student orientation, academic support communications, and student engagement programming. Partners with Student Success and Outreach Office and implement programs and workshops on financial literacy, transfer assistance, FAFSA completion, and college success strategies. Co-plans and supports student engagement initiatives, including cultural and community-building events aligned with the PCC mission. Maintains knowledge of PCC curricula, policies, and procedures to advise students accurately and effectively.
