Coordinator, Security Operations Center - Giant Eagle : Job Details

Provide support to Loss Prevention and Corporate Security. This position will analyze data, video and documentation to mitigate risk and reduce shrink. This role requires the person to be onsite 5 days a week (700 Cranberry Woods Dr). The shift hours are:- Saturday, Sunday 3 pm - 11 pm - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 11 am to 7 pm - Thursday, Friday OFF Maybe subject to change. Job Description. Experience Required: 1 to 3 years; CCTV, Familiarity with case management, Using multi-line phone network. Experience Desired: Ability to properly document incidents both verbally and written; Must be willing to work non- traditional shifts for a 24/7 operations; Loss Prevention or Law Enforcement experience.
