The Coordinator Security provides daily coverage at our Kennedy Airport, Terminal 5 (JFK) ID/ Badging Office. The Coordinator greets and assists all crewmembers and business partners upon arrival at JFK who need assistance regarding their JetBlue ID or Business Partner ID. As the companys primary point of contact at JFK, the Coordinator provides customer service and guidance to all crewmembers and business partners assisting with access control and credentialing requests through our internal Service Now Portal. Essential Responsibilities Greet, verify identity and assist all visitors, crewmembers and business partners arriving at our JFK badging office Ensure effective, courteous and timely service is provided to all visiting entities Interface effectively with local law enforcement, business partners, and fellow JFK crewmembers to enhance overall terminal security Work with our CCTV system with an ability to create accounts and extract video to assist with any safety investigations/r...Security, Coordinator, Business Partner, Airline, Business Services, Experience
