Job Summary: The Coordinator supports the strategy of the Girl Scout Cookie Program and Fall Product Program, focusing on system setup, management, and maintenance. This role maximizes participation, sales, and positively impacts the Girl Scout and volunteer experience. The Coordinator collaborates with internal and cross-functional peers, maintaining consistent attendance and reliability to support strategic priorities and the mission. Key responsibilities include managing systems and platforms for the Product Programs, ensuring timely setup, maintenance, user experience, and operations that drive sales, engage members, and support revenue generation. This role also provides opportunities for Girl Scouts to develop critical life skills such as goal setting, financial literacy, and leadership. The Coordinator will work an alternate schedule during peak seasons to meet department initiatives and member needs. Essential Functions: Foster Collaboration, Teamwork and Culture: Build collaborative, productive relationships that are mission and vision focused supporting internal and external stakeholders to ensure positive interactions and teamwork across the council. Successful collaboration and execution on outcomes increases member retention and fosters a positive and people centric culture furthering excellence and belonging. System Execution: Informed by the department's strategy, dates and details, ensure the timely, thorough and accurate setup and maintenance of systems, forms and tools that support the Product Programs. This includes but is not limited to eBudde, GSNutsandMags, Digital Cookie, Formstack, Airtable, etc. Cohesive Program Delivery: Informed by the department strategy developed by the Vice President of Product Programs, execute on the cross-functional plans to engage members, support participation and drive sales through thoughtfully created guides, email campaigns, volunteer updates, support initiatives, booth sale partners, training, reward procurement and distribution, programming, marketing, etc. Goal Setting & Tracking: In collaboration with the supervisor, adapt plans to meet and exceed individual, department and organization goals for sales, participation, per girl average, tracking performance, outcomes and metrics to inform effective responses and application of strategies to serve the communities assigned. Customer Service Experience: Execute on customer service touchpoints, ensuring a highly responsive outcome that supports both internal and external stakeholders with timely and accurate information. This includes, but is not limited to case queues, email inboxes, phone calls and voicemails, support requests via forms and systems, etc. Accountability for Projects and Priorities: Responsible for time and project management that supports the successful execution of project timelines, tasks, and assignments. Support Product & Item Distribution: Support the department's strategy related to distribution of product and items that are managed by the team. This includes, but is not limited to supporting or managing council cupboards, supporting the training of delivery agent teams, ensuring accurate inventory and process adoption for sites and locations they support, etc. Reward & Experience Execution: Support the execution of relevant rewards and incentives that maximize sales of the Product Programs. This includes attending, supporting and executing on reward events and travel, as well as the timely and accurate distribution of rewards and items. Community Engagement, Relevance & Access: Through intentional community engagement initiatives and plans, strengthen relationships in community, adapting the Product Programs and programming where able and appropriate, to respond to the needs, desires and interests expressed within the communities we serve. This includes developing resources, forms and tools, inclusive of language, processes, resources and plans to give all Girl Scouts and families the opportunity to participate in Product Programs. Represent the Organization: Represent Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas in all interactions with Girl Scouts, parents/caregivers, volunteers, short term corporate volunteers, vendors, partners, donors, media, etc., to further the organization's mission and visibility. QualificationsMinimum Requirements: • At least 3 years in a customer service role which included phone, email and in person support. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently within the framework of the council's plan of work. • Demonstrates flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to change in the work environment. • Demonstrate and promote a climate of courtesy, respect and professionalism to coworkers, the volunteers served by this council, and others with whom this job puts them in contact. • Must be able to travel within established geographic areas and council service centers, as necessary. • If applicable, must have reliable transportation, hold a valid driver's license and meet GSNETX driving record & automobile insurance requirements. • Performs other duties, as assigned. • Upon employment, employee must register as an adult member in the Girl Scout organization and subscribe to the tenets of the Girl Scout Promise and Law. • Attendance is an essential job requirement defined as having regular, consistent, reliable, punctual and predictable attendance including the ability to work regular hours and shifts, before and after hours, and on weekends, when required. • Must complete and pass a criminal background check. • Must be able to travel within established geographic areas and council service centers, as necessary. • Must have reliable transportation, hold a valid drivers' license and meet GSNETX driving record & automobile insurance requirements. • Performs other duties, as assigned.
