Randolph-Macon College is seeking a dynamic and student-centered Coordinator of Well-being and Belonging to join its Student Engagement Center (SEC) team. Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Student Affairs/ Associate Dean of Students, this position works collaboratively with campus partners to cultivate a culture of care, connection, and inclusion that supports the mental, emotional, social, and physical well-being of all students. This position plays an essential role in fostering a campus environment where students feel a strong sense of belonging.
