Coordinator of Student Success - Arkansas Tech University : Job Details

The College of STEM recruitment, retention, and outreach coordinator (RROC) will play a pivotal role in supporting the college to attract, engage, and retain students while fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This position will require collaboration with faculty, staff, students, and external partners to develop and implement strategies for student engagement, marketing, communication, registration, and retention initiatives. The coordinator will also manage social media, outreach efforts, summer camps, and data-driven initiatives that support continuous improvement of recruitment and retention efforts.
